UV stabilized polycarbonate sheet/polyethylene has been fitted over the structural frame of the dryer which helps in trapping the infrared radiation. Hot air is been generated for drying the products. Poly tunnel dryer helps to retain the nutrients, taste, colour, odour, prevent infection and to preserve the agro produces.
