From traditional farming to commercial floriculture enterprise.
I started with traditional cultivation but always wanted to adopt modern techniques. With Sashanka Agro Tech's technical guidance, I mastered modern nursery management including pro-trays, cocopeat, and scientific seedling preparation. The insect net house enabled me to produce healthy, premium-quality plants for roses and gerbera.
Today my plants are used by local farmers, PRADAN, and NABARD. My polyhouse and advanced nursery techniques have become a model for the region. I now actively inspire other farmers to adopt modern practices, successfully transforming my farm into a thriving commercial enterprise.
